Realization of enterprise goals along with other important components providing successful activity requires the formation a favorable moral and psychological climate in collective, which is considerably promoted by qualitative primary personnel selection. And although an management takes on vacant positions candidates whose professional personal qualities best meet requirements possibility to perform functions, still emergence conflict situations collective because misunderstandings production or nature, unfortunately, inevitable. Such arising process work require from manager any level urgently resolve them, so skillful must be ready advance ask himself his subordinates number questions, how ensure motivation, willingness initiative employees; what do if employee has potential that for certain reasons can not realized; full use competence proper collective; organize collective. Honest frank answers right questions will help members first all, understand themselves find way out situation benefit enterprise. This article's model neurological levels purely utilitarian interest as one manager's supervisor's effective instruments structural analysis problems enterprise, particularly, those resulting low efficiency.
